We are excited to host a Veterans Day ceremony on Tuesday, November 11th for staff and students. There are a few ways that parents and families can be involved.
First, all students and staff will begin the morning at the flagpole reciting the pledge together. Families are welcome to join us for the pledge. Second, fill out a Wall of Honor page and send it back to school with a picture or a drawing to honor a Veteran (or Veterans) in your family. Third, if you have a Veteran who is related to one of our Lowell students, we invite the Veteran to join us for our ceremony in the MPR at 9:20 a.m. If you have a family member interested in attending, please fill out this Google form no later than Tuesday, November 4th.
Thank you for your participation!

The 3rd annual Lowell Turkey Bowl is planned for Thanksgiving Day - Thursday, November 27th - at Lowell School. All participants (kids and adults!) are invited to play touch football on the grass field. Games will start at 8am and teams will be created based on age. There will also be food and beverages to enjoy, and portable fire to keep us warm. Even if you and/or your kids don't wish to play football, please come anyway and spend the morning with neighbors. Please sign up using this form, and feel free to reach out directly to Matt Sharp with any questions (matthewallensharp@gmail.com). |
